Standard Suite
The spacious, 25 square meters standard rooms located on floors 1-4, are the most economical way to live the experience of Athenian Foss accommodation. Handmade headboards and “Dream Well” bed mattresses provide something different than the usual luxury feature. A smart TV on the wall, while custom furnishings include a hand-sculpted wooden desk, “Pedrali” desk chairs, and custom mini bar cabinets as well as closets that covers all your needs with inset mirrors. The bathrooms are the state of the art with unique subway white tiles, marbled sinks and rain showers.

Superior Suite
These signature 25 square meters suites, located on floors 1-4, features a deluxe spacious bathroom, custom king or queen bedding on an “Dream Well” mattress, beautiful views of the city and the most famous shopping street of Athens named Ermou, from its dual or single exposure screens. Custom furnishings equip these suites while “Shol” lightning and paintings from famous Greek painters and artists offer one more value to your stay. Athenian spirit completely envelops you while sitting on your private balcony. The bathroom features white subway tiles and marbled sinks.

Senior Suites
The Senior Suites spans in 40 square meters on floors 1-4 featuring a master bedroom with a king handmade bed. It has a separate living area with a comfortable sofa converted into a double bed, dual-exposure screens and views of Ermou street from the long private balcony. The Senior Suites can comfortably sleep four guests. “B & B” skabo and “Limitless” coffee tables inspired by ergonomic architecture to make a family stay as much comfortable as it can be. The bathroom features white subway tiles, marbled sinks and spacious shower cabins.

Grand Suite
This exquisite fifth floor Grand Suites span in 30 square meters and feature a master bedroom with a handmade king bed. The spacious private balcony boasts stunning Athens views. Featuring marbled floors, our ultra comfortable “Dream Well” mattress and doors that opens to a sprawling white subway tiled bathrooms with a shower cabin. Smart TV while the industrial lighting is a nod to the neighborhood’s rich history.

Presidential Suite
This breathtaking roof top Presidential Suite on the 6th floor spans in 45 square meters interiors with a spacious veranda overlooking Acropolis and Metropolis church. Featuring an open plan bedroom with a sitting area equipped from Roche Bobois furniture. This Presidential Suite pays homage to Athenian lifestyle of 1970’s without sacrificing the finest of modern amenities and high-end technology. Distinct in design, the suite features elected ebonized hardwood floor and wooden surfaces that are handsomely juxtaposed with silk drapery. Floor-to-ceiling windows and fine-grain Italian textiles are also an asset to this unique accommodation experience. The bathroom features white subway tiles, a marbled sink and shower cabin. The most important, the private elevator access makes you feel our special guest.

Порядок Аннуляции Заказа
No fee is charged for cancellation prior to 4 days before confirmed arrival date up to the 31st of May, 10 days on low and middle season and 14 days during high season. Any cancellation made within 4 days (up to the 31st of May), 10 days during low and middle season or 14 days during high season, before arrival date, results the 70% of the stay. In case of no-show or departure prior to scheduled date, results in 100% charge of the stay.
Rates include all taxes, except the accommodation tax of 0,50 euro per room per night
